This is the page on every real estate website that tells you about the person trying to earn your business.  Most of it is cut and paste content from the “head office” using all kinds of beautiful words to describe their commitment to their clients, their family values and their love for the outdoors. Don’t get me wrong, there are a lot of great Realtors in Clark County.  We just believe that we are  right there with them as the best in town.

Our story is pretty simple.  We started our boutique brokerage with the knowledge that to properly serve your clients, you need some level of focus.  You can’t be all things to all people.  We started with the basic concept that a Realtor can not service a client in Battle Ground and at the same time service a client in Beaverton.  It is impossible to believe that the level of service is not diminished when trying to cover two states. Felida Real Estate serves clients in Clark County and ONLY Clark County.

We also believe that it is important to pay back the community that has been so great to our firm.  With that in mind, we created the Felida Open Charity Golf Tournament that benefits the Clark County Food Bank.  Last year (2024) we raised enough money to provide 23,000 meals to families in Clark County.  This is something that we are very proud of.

We take our responsibilities very seriously but also make the real estate process as fun as possible.  It does not need to be a stressful process when you are represented by the right firm.
